Register with us. Upon registration we ask for a one-off fee of € 65, - including VAT. Complete the payment to finalize the registration, after which you will receive an invitation for an intake interview. Due to the guidelines of the RIVM to combat the corona virus, the intake will take place online instead of at our office. As soon as you register, we will create a file for you in the CRM Pararius Office and we will perform the Rental Check. This is in connection with GDPR security. We also make a viewing appointment specifically for you. We have a partnership with a corporation that allows us to offer our customers neatly maintained homes. You do not pay a deposit for these homes and you also receive a contract for an indefinite period, which can be canceled per month. If it is not possible to match you to a home through the corporation, we will still work with a large number of fellow brokers and property managers for you.
