Article rental agreement

The tenant is aware that upon signing this tenancy agreement, his personal details, being initials, surname and date of birth and place, will be registered with the Valuation Register for Tenant (WRH). In the event of a breach of contract with regard to the present tenancy agreement, such as long-term nuisance, improper use of the rented property such as subletting or cannabis cultivation, as well as non-payment of the rent due, the tenant can be assigned a code which may have consequences for obtaining other accommodation ( n). In the event of correct compliance with this rental agreement, the tenant will receive a good tenant code.
