Rates Ronifica real estate Management

When you outsource the management of your property to Ronifica real estate Beheer, the following costs will be charged. As a client, you give permission to set off these costs against the monthly rent. Our rate for managing your home is 8% excluding VAT of the monthly rent. Technical management
